The XR650L kit is almost complete!

Thank you for being patient as we are doing major upgrades on this kit including a Billet Swingarm.

Here is a preview of the front-end components.

Key benefits of our kit

- Wide billet triple clamps use factory headlight and speedometer, with key switch mounting provision.

-New Billet anti-vibe rubber mounted bar mounts to reduce vibration + adjustable offset. ALSO available for standard or fat bars.

-New billet brake rotor adaptor in the front that allows for OEM brake line mounting

-New billet front hub with OEM speedometer provision

-Due to XR650L Subframe / clearance we are forced to run a maximum 9'' wide back tire, we run the same size front and rear on a 5'' and 7'' wide wheel. The wheel widths change the overall tire width slightly giving you a 1/2'' wider tire in the rear than the front - even with the same size used. This actually makes a better leaning/turning bike overall with all the benefits of a fat tire.

-Up to 26x9x12 front & rear tire on 12x5” & 12x7 wheels (for max ground clearance)

-For DOT use we offer a 25x8-12 front & rear tire on the same rims (for 1'' lower seat height)

-Rear tire will be similar size on wider 12x7” wheel to add 1/2” of width over front.

- swing-arm assembly will be our new high precision modular billet design ** pics soon of XR650L arm. pictured here is crf450r style. XR650L will use same components, with XR style pivot and linkage tabs.

-lower seat height up to 2” with lowering link + adjusting forks in clamps.
