RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

At BVC Big Wheels, most products are manufactured, assembled, or customized specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase provided production has not begun.

After 48 hours, your order may already be in production, which may include:

• Purchasing raw materials
• Ordering vendor components
• Machining parts
• Assembly preparation
• Scheduling labor and production resources

Because costs are incurred immediately upon entering production, cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours are subject to approval.

Approved cancellations after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation/restocking fee of up to 30% of the order value to cover materials, labor, administrative costs, and vendor charges already incurred.

Once custom manufacturing, machining, assembly, or special-order purchasing has begun, orders are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable.

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

All custom-built, made-to-order, machined, assembled, modified, or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Big Wheel Kits
• Custom wheel assemblies
• Machined components
• Special-order parts
• Products built to customer specifications

Custom in house builds
• Products ordered specifically for a customer's application


By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that these products are being manufactured specifically for them and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after production has started.

RETURNS

For eligible non-custom items, return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging
• Include all supplied hardware and components
• Include proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a verified warranty issue.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve the matter.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Normal wear, misuse, improper installation, racing damage, crashes, modifications, neglect, or use outside intended applications are not covered under warranty.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items, clearance items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds may be reduced by applicable cancellation fees, restocking fees, shipping costs, vendor fees, and other non-recoverable costs incurred by BVC Big Wheels.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

For customers located in the European Union, certain consumer rights may apply.

However, under applicable consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are custom-made, manufactured to customer specifications, or clearly personalized.

Products manufactured specifically for a customer may therefore be exempt from the European Union's standard 14-day withdrawal period where permitted by law.
